Arbor Research Collaborative for Health is seeking a PMO Manager in a remote capacity to oversee project governance, budgets, and timelines across a range of health research projects.

You will supervise project teams, coordinate with program leaders, and ensure high-quality outputs and timely reporting. The role requires strong organizational skills and experience with government grants and complex projects.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required with ten years progressively responsible project management experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Experience managing large teams toward complex goals.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience managing government grants and contracts for research.
• Understanding of biostatistical, technical programming, and clinical issues related to health care research.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with project management software.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain project work plans and task-based resource estimates.
• Review and re-estimate work plans and project resources based on contingencies, changing priorities, and budget-to-actual comparison regularly.
• Negotiate resources for execution of the work plan with functional managers and directors.
• Ensure the preparation of all projects related products and tasks (programming, analyses, reports, presentations).
• Serve as the day-to-day liaison to client or funding agency leadership.
• Provide monthly progress and budget reports for stakeholders.
• Assist the Senior Contracts Manager with contracts (scope, budget).
• Lead development of project management standards, tools, processes, and best practices.
• Manage diverse projects and large-scale programs with complex requirements.
