Job summary

Arbor Research Collaborative for Health is seeking a PMO Manager to lead project management standards for a remote role. You will coordinate large, complex projects, supervise staff, and liaise with program officers and funders to ensure timely, high-quality results.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in a related field, PMP or equivalent, and 10+ years of progressive project management experience with strong organizational and planning skills. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field with ten years progressively more responsible experience managing projects

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of project management standards, tools, processes, and best practices.
• Serve as proposal Project Manager and mentor Project Coordinators and Project Associates.
• Manage projects with diverse contracts, funding sources, and scientific content across programs.
• Provide customers with required progress and budget reports and ensure timely communications.
