Arbor Research Collaborative for Health is seeking a PMO Manager to lead project management standards across diverse research initiatives. The role emphasizes budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and client reporting while guiding project staff and coordinating with investigators.

The ideal candidate will have a decade of project leadership experience, PMP certification, and strong MS Office proficiency to streamline operations and ensure high-quality outcomes for funded research programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (public health, quantitative social science, or management) with ten (10) years progressively more responsible experience managing projects
• PMP certification or equivalent
• Experience in the direct and indirect management of large teams of people working toward complex goals
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs
• Experience managing government grants and contracts for research
• An understanding of biostatistical, technical programming, and clinical issues related to health care research in general
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proficiency with project management software
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day PMO leadership across multiple projects and contract types.
• Develop and enforce project management standards, tools, and processes.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and risks; report to stakeholders monthly.
• Mentor Project Coordinators and Project Associates.
• Serve as liaison to project staff and funders on progress and deliverables.
