Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, quantitative social science, or management with 10 years of progressive project management experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent credentials.
• Experience managing large teams toward complex objectives.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience managing government grants and contracts for research.
• Understanding of biostatistical, programming, and clinical health research issues.
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with project management software.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of project management standards, tools, processes, and best practices.
• Serve as a Project Manager for a variety of cross-program projects.
• Mentor Project Coordinators and Project Associates.
• Coordinate with PMO leadership to support standardization and governance.
• Interface with clients, funding agencies, and program directors on progress and reporting.
