Job summary

Velvet Horizons is seeking a Planning Consultant to support clients with coordination and scheduling services in a fully remote role. You will manage client requests, organize logistics, and ensure a smooth end-to-end planning process.

Responsibilities include communicating with clients, researching accommodation and transportation options, scheduling based on preferences, coordinating with third-party providers, and documenting interactions with precision.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Basic proficiency with online tools and scheduling platforms.
