Job summary

Velvet Horizons, a fully remote planning and coordination service, is seeking a detail-oriented Planning Consultant to support clients with coordination and scheduling. The role involves managing client requests, organizing logistics, and ensuring a smooth, end-to-end planning process.

You will communicate with clients, research options for accommodations and transportation, prepare structured plans, and coordinate reservations with third-party providers.
