Velvet Horizons is seeking a detail-oriented Planning Consultant to support clients with coordination and scheduling services in a fully remote setup. You will manage client requests, organize logistics, and ensure a smooth end-to-end planning process while communicating clearly via phone, email, and digital platforms.

This role requires strong organization, the ability to juggle multiple assignments, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare structured plans and coordinate scheduling based on client preferences and availability.
• Process reservations and confirm service arrangements with third-party providers.
• Provide consistent, professional customer support throughout the coordination process.
• Maintain awareness of relevant updates, policies, and service offerings.
• Collaborate with internal team members to improve workflows and service delivery.
• Accurately document client interactions, transactions, and records in company systems.
