Job summary

Velvet Horizons is a fully remote organization providing planning and coordination services. The Planning Consultant will support clients with coordination and scheduling, managing requests and logistics to ensure a smooth end-to-end planning process.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and a customer-first mindset, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate across teams to improve workflows.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• English fluency; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and digital platforms to gather requirements and provide support.
• Research and present options for accommodations, transportation, and related services.
• Prepare plans and coordinate scheduling based on client preferences and availability.
• Process reservations and confirm service arrangements with third-party providers.
• Provide consistent, professional customer support throughout the coordination process.
• Maintain awareness of updates, policies, and service offerings.
• Collaborate with internal team members to improve workflows and service delivery.
• Accurately document client interactions, transactions, and records in company systems.
