Chamberlain Advisors, LLC is conducting an executive search for Certum Legal Solutions. The Head of Single Event Operations will own end-to-end PI case lifecycle, build a modern operating model, and lead a multi-location team focused on efficiency and quality.

This remote, US-based role reports to the Chief Solutions Officer and partners with senior leadership. You will drive process engineering, technology adoption, and scalable pod structures while overseeing cross-functional teams in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or legal-operations credential is a plus.
• Typically 8+ years of personal-injury case-operations leadership, with higher scope.
• Single-event PI operating experience is required, spanning auto, trucking, premises, nursing-home, catastrophic injury.
• Genuinely technology-forward and AI-native with ability to master a modern case-management stack.
• Experience designing, standing up, and defending a pod model and its unit economics.

Responsibilities

• Own the single-event lifecycle from intake handoff to disbursement, including demand, negotiation, and settlement.
• Build and lead the operation, staffing pods, and defining operating models.
• Architect workflows on a modern case-management system, with dashboards and exception reporting.
• Co-own AI and automation rollout with COO/CTO, delineating automated vs human-driven steps.
• Scale the operation across multiple offices and locations with clear ownership and SLAs.
