Job summary

Chamberlain Advisors is conducting an executive search for Certum Legal Solutions. We seek a Head of Single Event Operations who will own the PI case lifecycle end-to-end, build and scale a standalone operation, and drive an AI-enabled, pod-based operating model.

The role is remote within the United States, with travel as needed, and reports to the Chief Solutions Officer. Leadership is required to scale through high-volume, fast-cycle cycles.

Qualifications

• Own the single-event lifecycle from intake to disbursement for PI cases.
• Lead a multi-site operation with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with COO/CTO on AI/automation rollout.

Responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle from intake handoff through settlement and disbursement.
• Stand up and staff the pod model for scaling case volume.
• Design and defend operating model, staffing, and pod economics.
• Lead a team of managers across pre-litigation, litigation support, and settlement.
