Job summary

Chamberlain Advisors is conducting an executive search for Certum Legal Solutions to appoint a Head of Single Event Operations. This remote, US-based role leads a new standalone PI operation from intake to disbursement, backed by modern tech and AI-driven workflows.

You will build and staff the pod-based organization, own end-to-end lifecycle, and collaborate with C-suite leaders to scale profit per case while maintaining quality and attorney judgment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in personal-injury case-operations leadership.
• Single-event PI operating experience required.
• Remote within the United States, travel as needed.
• Technology-forward with AI-native mindset.
• Experience with major PI CMS like Litify, Filevine, SmartAdvocate, Needles, Trialworks, or CASEpeer; Salesforce a plus.
• Proven ability to design and scale pod-based operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle from intake handoff to disbursement.
• Design and stand up pods; define case-manager-to-attorney ratios.
• Lead managers across pre-litigation, litigation, and settlement.
• Partner with COO/CTO on AI rollout and automation.
• Drive continuous improvement and scalable operating models.
