Job summary

Chamberlain Advisors is conducting an executive search for Certum Legal Solutions. The Head of Single Event Operations will own the end-to-end PI case lifecycle, standing up a standalone, fee-for-service operation with a technology-forward stack.

You will design pods, drive automation, and lead managers across pre-litigation, litigation support, and settlement to scale throughput. Remote within the United States with travel to operations centers; strong emphasis on data-driven decision making,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
• Remote within the United States with travel to operations centers.
• 8+ years of personal-injury case-operations leadership.
• Hands-on experience with major personal-injury case-management systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and implementing AI in operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the single-event PI lifecycle from intake to disbursement.
• Build and scale a standalone, fee-for-service operation.
• Design pod-based staffing, SLAs, and unit economics.
• Partner with COO/CTO on AI rollout and automation.
• Lead a team of managers across pre-litigation, litigation support, and settlement.
