Job summary

Chamberlain Advisors is conducting an executive search for a Head of Single Event Operations to build and run a standalone, fee-for-service PI operations unit. The role reports to the Chief Solutions Officer and partners with the COO/CTO on technology and process design.

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on command of at least one major personal-injury case-management system and the ability to architect workflows.
• Technology-forward and AI-native mindset; experience with automation rollout and reporting.
• Executive leadership with C-suite visibility and capability to design operating models and staffing plans.

Responsibilities

• Own the single-event lifecycle from intake to disbursement for PI cases.
• Design and stand up a pod-based operating model for scalable capacity.
• Define intake requirements and workflows; partner with intake and attorney leadership.
• Build and drive technology-enabled processes, dashboards, and exception reporting.
• Lead cross-functional teams across pre-litigation, litigation support, and settlement solutions.
