Job summary

Chamberlain Advisors is seeking a Head of Single Event Operations for Certum Legal Solutions, a technology-forward personal injury platform. The role is remote within the United States, reporting to the Chief Solutions Officer, with accountability for end-to-end PI case operations from intake to disbursement.

You will build and lead a cross-functional team, design the operating model, and scale the pod-based workforce across pre-litigation, litigation support, and settlement solutions.

Qualifications

• End-to-end ownership of single-event PI lifecycle from intake to disbursement.
• Hands-on PI operations leadership with scale experience.
• Technology-forward and AI-native approach with Salesforce-based stack.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale a standalone single-event operations unit.
• Design and implement operating model, pods, and SLAs.
• Lead a remote team across pre-litigation, litigation, and settlement.
