Job summary

Chamberlain Advisors is seeking a transformative Head of Single Event Operations to lead a new PI operations unit. The role spans intake through settlement, with direct P&L responsibility, and requires hands-on command of technology and AI-enabled processes in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; remote within the United States with travel as needed.
Typically 8+ years of personal-injury case-operations leadership.
Single-event PI operating experience across auto, trucking, premises, nursing-home and catastrophic injury.
Genuinely technology-forward and AI-native with modern case-management systems.

Responsibilities

Own the lifecycle from intake handoff to disbursement, accountable for time-to-demand, case velocity, and profitability.
Identify bottlenecks and compress stages such as medical records and treatment management.
Design and stand up pods with case-manager-to-attorney ratios for scalable operations.
Partner with COO/CTO to co-own the AI and automation rollout.
