Job summary

Chamberlain Advisors is seeking a visionary Head of Single Event Operations to lead a remote, executive-level PI operations unit. You will own the full lifecycle from intake to disbursement, build scalable pods, and design operating models focused on efficiency and profitability.

You will co-own AI and automation with the CTO, integrating advanced workflows on a Salesforce-based stack, and balancing automated processes with attorney judgment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; legal-operations or related credential a plus.
• 8+ years leading high-volume PI operations preferred.
• Hands-on leadership of single-event PI case operations at scale.
• Technology-forward, AI-native with modern case-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end single-event case lifecycle from intake to disbursement.
• Build and staff pods; design operating models, SLAs, and profitability benchmarks.
• Co-own AI/automation rollout and ensure human-in-the-loop where required.
