Job summary

Chamberlain Advisors is conducting an executive search for Certum Legal Solutions to build a standalone single-event operations unit. You will own the case lifecycle from intake handoff through settlement, managing a high-volume PI operation and leading managers across pre-litigation, litigation support, and settlement.

Qualifications

• Own the single-event PI lifecycle end to end from intake to disbursement.
• Lead a multi-team operation across pre-litigation, litigation support, and settlement.
• Architect and optimize workflows on a modern case-management platform.

Responsibilities

• Own the Lifecycle: manage intake to disbursement with KPIs
• Compress bottlenecks in medical records and treatment management
• Scale pods with defined ratios and SLAs
• Lead cross-functional teams across pre-litigation, litigation, and settlement
