Chamberlain Advisors, on behalf of Certum Legal Solutions, seeks a Head of PI Single Event Operations to build and lead a new, technology-enabled PI operations unit across pre-litigation, litigation support, and settlement. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; remote within the United States with travel to operations centers.
• Experience leading high-volume PI case-operations and cross-functional teams.
• Technology-forward mindset with ability to architect workflows in modern case-management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the single-event case lifecycle end to end from intake to disbursement.
• Design and stand up the pod-based operating model for scale.
• Lead and develop managers across pre-litigation, litigation support, and settlement.
• Co-own AI/automation rollout and ensure human-in-the-loop where required.
