Talentoma is seeking a Phone Outreach Representative to join our outreach team. This fully remote role is based in Wisconsin and requires a 40-hour weekly commitment.

You will review outreach tasks, make outbound calls using approved talking points, and coordinate introductory meetings to support business development. Strong listening and clear communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required; related experience in phone outreach or coordination preferred.
• Able to use a dialer, CRM, and scheduling tools (Dialpad, SugarCRM, Microsoft Bookings).
• Must have reliable home workspace and US work authorization.

Responsabilités

• Receive and review outreach tasks, then initiate outreach.
• Place outbound calls with approved talking points to introduce services and gauge interest.
• Verify contact details and schedule introductory meetings.
• Document outreach activity and outcomes in the CRM for team handoffs.
• Follow up on unconfirmed meetings and maintain organized task status.
