Job summary

Rightangled is seeking a proactive Customer Service Associate (Patient Outreach) to engage patients via phone and email, gather feedback, and support retention efforts. This remote, full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, requiring at least one year in telesales or telephone CS.

You will build rapport, meet KPIs, and ensure a smooth patient experience. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, record interactions accurately, and contribute to service improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of telesales or telephone customer service experience.
• Experience handling inbound and/or outbound calls is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Ability to build rapport, handle objections and meet targets.
• Reliable internet and a suitable remote workspace with laptop/headset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to patients in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with patients.
• Support patient retention initiatives through proactive outreach.
• Generate and send follow‑up emails and communications.
• Gather patient feedback and accurately record information in company systems.
• Meet individual and team performance targets.
• Resolve basic patient queries and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive patient experience.
