Qualifications

• Experience in phone-banking, voter-contact, community outreach or campaigns.
• Experience leading and coaching teams preferred.
• Ability to use VAN, PDI or similar dialers and voter-contact tools.
• Strong communication, leadership and data accuracy skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operation of phone-banking programs.
• Conduct shift launches with scripts, lists, goals and schedules.
• Assign call lists and ensure access to systems and materials.
• Train and coach Phone Bankers on scripts and platforms.
• Supervise, monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Prepare daily/weekly campaign reports and maintain records.
• Maintain confidentiality and data quality across platforms.
