Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, call center, sales, or similar.
• Strong spoken and written English communication.
• Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and follow up with leads.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, text, and email.
• Schedule assessment appointments and maintain customer data in CRM.
• Document calls, follow-ups, tasks and lead statuses in CRM.
• Follow booking guidelines and connect center procedures.
• Escalate issues to appropriate teams when needed.
• Assist with social media comments and Google reviews during downtime.
