Talentoma is seeking a Staffing Representative for a fully remote role based in North Carolina. You will handle candidate communications, clarify opportunities, and coordinate next steps to help recruiters maintain an efficient hiring workflow.

You will use Greenhouse, Google Calendar, and Airtable to update candidate information, schedule interviews, and track progress with clear, professional communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required; related staffing or candidate-facing experience preferred.
• Familiar with hiring workflows and candidate communication.
• Experience with interview logistics and scheduling.
• Skilled with Greenhouse ATS.
• Skilled with Google Calendar.
• Skilled with Airtable for data entry.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Fully remote work from home in North Carolina.
• Willingness to a 40-hour weekly commitment.
• Structured onboarding and training on systems.

Responsabilités

• Review open queue of calls, emails, and messages and respond professionally.
• Share approved opportunity details and status updates with candidates.
• Enter and update candidate details in Greenhouse.
• Coordinate interview calendars and schedule with Google Calendar.
• Check submissions for completeness and request missing information.
• Route questions to the assigned recruiter.
• Follow up after interviews and document progress in Greenhouse.
• Maintain daily activity trackers in spreadsheets and Airtable.
• Communicate scheduling changes to candidates, recruiters, and contacts.
• Escalate urgent scheduling conflicts to staffing team lead.
