Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Pharmacy Support Call Center Representative to provide payment assistance solutions and support for patients, pharmacies and medical professionals in a remote contract role.

Required are a High School Diploma, Pharmacy Technician experience, HIPAA certification, call center experience, and optional bilingual English/Spanish skills. The position offers 40-hour weeks with EST shifts and potential conversion to full-time status.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Pharmacy Technician experience required.
• HIPAA certified.
• Call center experience required (3+ years preferred).
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other contact to the Support Center.
• Assess user issues and provide first level resolution.
• Document resolution details and escalate unresolved issues promptly.
• Identify operational challenges and suggest improvements to management.
• Work 40 hours per week with specified EST shifts.
