Job summary

IQVIA, a global provider of clinical research and healthcare intelligence, is seeking a Pharmacy Support Call Center Representative for a remote contract role. You will handle payment assistance solutions, card activations, program eligibility, and explain benefits and submission issues.

The role requires a Pharmacy Technician background, HIPAA certification, and call center experience. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; shifts are EST-based, up to 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Pharmacy Technician experience is required.
• HIPAA certification is required.
• Call center experience is preferred (3+ years).
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other contact to the Support Center.
• Quickly assess the user’s issue and provide first level support for problem resolution.
• Document information specific to the resolution and elevate unresolved issues expeditiously.
• Recognize operational challenges and suggest recommendations to management.
• Work 40 hours per week with specified EST shifts.
