Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a 100% remote Pharmacy Support Call Center Representative to provide payment assistance solutions such as co-pay cards or vouchers. The role handles card activation, program eligibility, and benefit explanations, with shifts in EST.

Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma, Pharmacy Technician experience, HIPAA certification, and 3+ years in a call center; English/Spanish bilingual is a plus. This is a contract role with potential for conversion to full-time.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician experience required.
• Call center experience required (3+ years preferred).
• HIPAA certified or aware.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other available means of contact to the Support Center.
• Quickly assess the user’s issue and provide first level resolution.
• Document resolution details and escalate unresolved issues.
• Recognize operational challenges and suggest management recommendations.
• Work 40 hours per week on EST business hours.
