Job summary

IQVIA has a remote contract position for a Pharmacy Support Call Center Representative. You will provide payment assistance such as co-pay cards or vouchers, and handle card activation, program eligibility, and resolution explanations.

The role requires Pharmacy Technician experience, HIPAA certification, and call center experience; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Pay is $18/hour with potential conversion to full-time employment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Pharmacy Technician experience is required.
• HIPAA certification is required.
• Call center experience is preferred (3+ years).
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other available means of contact to the Support Center.
• Quickly assess the user’s issue and provide first level support for problem resolution.
• Document information specific to the resolution and elevate unresolved issues expeditiously to the appropriate area.
• Recognize operational challenges and suggest recommendations to management.
