Job summary

Lumicera Health Services seeks a capable operations leader to guide daily workflow and support staff in a managed care environment. You will ensure smooth client transitions, coach team members, and uphold quality standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating staffing, maintaining processing systems, and enforcing HIPAA compliance. Travel up to 5% may be required. Lumicera offers strong benefits, generous PTO, parental leave, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; higher degree preferred.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CPhT preferred; relevant pharmacy experience beneficial.
• 2 years’ experience in managed care, specialty pharmacy, customer service or PBM.
• Call center experience and leadership experience preferred.
• HIPAA and data privacy practices knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily workload standards by understanding workflows and staff direction.
• Identify and remove barriers to achieve goals.
• Review client transitions and volume changes; ensure scripts/resources are clear.
• Share information impacting staff in a timely manner.
• Ensure staff understanding through feedback and observation.
• Lead and support department staff day-to-day; coach and develop team.
• Set and enforce quality metrics; monitor performance and training needs.
• Coordinate with staffing agencies and manage escalations as needed.
