Responsibilities

• Lead daily workload and staff scheduling to meet goals.
• Identify and remove barriers that prevent targets from being achieved.
• Review client transitions and changes in volume with clear scripting and resources.
• Ensure timely sharing of information impacting staff and operations.
• Coach, motivate and develop staff to produce outstanding results.
• Maintain resources and knowledge of pharmacy processing software and scheduling tools.
