Lumicera Health Services, powered by Navitus, seeks a capable team leader to manage daily workflow and mentor staff in a remote-capable environment across the United States. The role emphasizes scheduling, quality metrics, and ensuring service for managed care clients.

The position offers health/dental/vision benefits, PTO, parental leave, holidays, 401(k) match, and training support. Remote work is available for residents of multiple states, including Oklahoma.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CPhT preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in managed care, specialty pharmacy, customer service, or PBM.
• Experience in a call center environment preferred.
• Direct leadership or coaching experience preferred.
• Pharmacy claim/benefit experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy practices preferred.

• Meet daily workload standards by understanding workflow/scheduling and directing staff to meet goals.
• Identify and remove barriers preventing goal achievement.
• Review client transitions and changes in volume; ensure scripting/resources are clear.
• Share information impacting staff timely and appropriately.
• Coach, motivate and develop staff to achieve outstanding results.
• Coach, mentor and supervise department staff; enforce quality metrics and training.
