Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a senior operations leader to guide a client-focused team within our remote-capable environment. You will oversee daily staff workflows, monitor quality, and ensure clear communication across shifts.

You will mentor staff, drive performance metrics, and coordinate with hiring agencies while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our pharmacy systems and tools. This role may require occasional travel and offers robust benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in a managed care, specialty pharmacy, customer service, or PBM environment.
• Experience in a call center environment preferred.
• Pharmacy claim/benefit experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and staff scheduling to meet workload goals.
• Identify and remove barriers to achieve team objectives.
• Review client transitions and volume changes and communicate updates.
• Coach, motivate and develop staff to deliver outstanding results.
• Coordinate with agencies and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of pharmacy processing software and related tools.
• Travel up to 5% as required.
