Job summary

Lumicera Health Services, powered by Navitus, seeks a department leader to guide daily operations in a managed care/pharmacy setting. You will drive staff performance, monitor quality metrics, and coordinate with employment agencies to ensure service excellence.

The role requires leadership experience, pharmacy claims familiarity, HIPAA knowledge, and a willingness to travel up to 5% while supporting remote work for eligible US residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CPhT preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in managed care, specialty pharmacy, customer service, or PBM.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Direct leadership or coaching/mentoring experience preferred.
• Pharmacy claim/benefit experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support department staff on daily workflows and quality metrics.
• Identify and remove barriers to reach goals.
• Review client transitions and volume changes; ensure clear scripting/resources.
• Communicate information to staff timely and clearly.
• Coach and develop staff to achieve results.
• Coordinate with hiring/temp agencies and external partners.
• Travel up to 5% as needed.
