Lumicera Health Services, powered by Navitus, is seeking a supervisory leader to guide daily workflow, coach staff, and ensure strict HIPAA compliance in our specialty pharmacy operations. The role emphasizes quality metrics, staff development, and effective triage of issues across call-center-like environments.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (associates/bachelors preferred) and 2 years in managed care or PBM settings; CPhT is a plus.

Qualifications

• Leadership or coaching experience in a team setting.
• Customer service experience, preferably in a managed care or PBM environment.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and data privacy practices.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily workload standards and support staff workflow.
• Identify and remove barriers to achieve goals.
• Review client transitions and volume changes with clear scripting and resources.
• Lead and coach department staff; enforce quality metrics and training needs.
• Manage disciplinary processes and maintain training records.
• Coordinate with agencies and escalate calls as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of pharmacy processing software and related tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 5%.
