Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in the state of residence and in good standing.
• 4+ years experience in a high‑volume pharmacy.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience coaching and developing a team.
• Experience in pharmacy operations including prescription verification and patient consultations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor Remote Pharmacists delivering remote pharmacy services.
• Oversee daily performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Use data and trends to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Forecast staffing needs and ensure appropriate coverage.
• Develop training and QA programs for consistent operations.
• Lead change and implement new workflows and tools.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across all operations.
• Serve as escalation point for complex issues.
