You will drive performance, staffing, training, and quality assurance in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You will collaborate with Pharmacy Operations, Product, Workforce Management, and other partners to optimize workflows while ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in good standing in the United States.
• 4+ years of experience in a high-volume pharmacy.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience coaching and developing a team with clear expectations.
• Experience in prescription verification, patient consultations, and clinical workflows.
• Strong ability to use operational data to identify trends and improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and patient safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote verification and consultations.
• Oversee service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop reporting and visibility for remote pharmacist operations.
• Forecast staffing needs and ensure appropriate coverage.
• Partner to develop training and quality assurance programs.
• Lead cross-functional changes to improve workflows and patient care.
• Maintain proficiency across pharmacy systems and tools and troubleshoot issues.
• Step into frontline work when needed to support service levels.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal pharmacy regulations.
