Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Care Supervisor, Pharmacist to lead a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote prescription verification, patient consultations, and clinical pharmacy operations. You will manage day-to-day performance, staffing, and patient experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with Pharmacy Operations, Product, Workforce Management, and other stakeholders to improve workflows, training, and quality assurance, balancing operational efficiency with patient safety

Qualifications

• Active, clear, and unrestricted Pharmacist license in your state of residence.
• 4+ years in a high-volume pharmacy.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience coaching and developing a team with performance feedback.
• Experience in pharmacy operations including verification and patient consultations.
• Ability to use data and performance metrics to drive improvements.
• Pharmacy regulations, patient safety, and compliance knowledge.
• Education: PharmD degree from an accredited school.
• Licensure: Active pharmacist license in good standing in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists for verification and clinical operations.
• Oversee daily performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop reporting and monitor performance to identify opportunities.
• Forecast staffing needs and maintain appropriate coverage.
• Develop training and quality assurance programs.
• Lead change and implement new workflows and tools.
• Develop proficiency across systems and tools to optimize workflows.
• Support frontline operations and participate in coverage rotations.
• Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.
• Manage escalations and coordinate with other teams.
