Job summary

You will ensure high-quality operations, staffing coverage, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment. You will use data to identify opportunities, develop training programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree and active US pharmacist license.
• Experience in high-volume pharmacy operations including remote workflows.
• Proven ability to coach and develop a remote team with measurable performance results.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and patient safety practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote verification and consultations.
• Oversee day-to-day performance across service levels, productivity and patient experience.
• Develop data reporting and visibility to drive improvement in team performance.
• Forecast staffing needs and ensure adequate coverage for patient demand.
• Partner with leaders to implement training and quality assurance programs.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal pharmacy regulations.
