Qualifications

• Active, clear, and unrestricted Pharmacist license in your state of residence.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• 4+ years experience in a high-volume pharmacy.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience using operational data to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote prescription verification and consultations.
• Oversee daily performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop and maintain reporting to monitor operations and drive workflow improvements.
• Forecast staffing needs and ensure appropriate coverage with Care leadership.
• Coordinate training and quality assurance programs for consistent pharmacy operations.
