The role emphasizes hands-on leadership in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with cross-functional collaboration across Pharmacy Operations, Product, and Workforce Management.

Qualifications

• Active, clear, and unrestricted Pharmacist license in your state of residence.
• 4+ years experience working in a high-volume pharmacy.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience coaching, developing a team, and setting performance expectations.
• Experience in pharmacy operations, including prescription verification and patient consultations.
• Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to identify trends and improve performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote prescription verification and clinical operations.
• Oversee daily performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop and maintain reporting to drive visibility and improvements.
• Forecast staffing needs with Workforce Management and Care leadership.
• Create training and quality assurance programs to ensure compliance and patient safety.
• Lead change and adopt new workflows, tools, and procedures.
• Develop proficiency across systems used by Remote Pharmacy Operations and optimize workflows.
• Support frontline operations and participate in coverage rotations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal pharmacy regulations.
