Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Care Supervisor, Pharmacist to lead a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote verification, patient consultations, and clinical operations in a fast-paced, technology-enabled healthcare environment.

You will own operational performance, staffing forecasts, and training programs while ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance. You’ll collaborate with Pharmacy Ops, Product, and Workforce Management to optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• Active, clear, and unrestricted Pharmacist license in your state of residence; Registered Pharmacist in good standing with the applicable Board of Pharmacy
• 4+ years experience in a high-volume pharmacy
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Experience coaching and developing a team with performance feedback
• Experience in pharmacy operations including prescription verification and patient consultations
• Ability to use operational data to drive improvements
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and lead in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of pharmacy regulations, patient safety and compliance
• PharmD degree
• Active pharmacist license in good standing in the United States

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists for remote prescription verification and clinical operations
• Oversee day-to-day team performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience
• Develop and maintain reporting and performance visibility for Remote Pharmacist operations using data trends
• Forecast staffing needs with Workforce Management to maintain appropriate coverage
• Develop and execute training and quality assurance programs with Care leadership
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Pharmacy Operations, Product, Workforce Management
• Maintain frontline workflow proficiency and participate in coverage rotations as needed
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage escalations with appropriate teams
