Qualifications

• Active, clear, and unrestricted Pharmacist license in your state of residence.
• 4+ years experience working in a high volume pharmacy.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience directly managing, coaching, and developing a team, including setting performance expectations and providing ongoing performance feedback.
• Experience working in pharmacy operations, including prescription verification, patient consultations, and clinical pharmacy workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to use operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, manage performance, and drive improvements.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and lead in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations, patient safety requirements, and compliance standards.
• Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Licensure: Active pharmacist license in good standing in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists responsible for remote prescription verification, patient consultations, and other clinical pharmacy operations.
• Own day-to-day team performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop and maintain reporting and performance visibility for Remote Pharmacist operations.
• Forecast staffing needs based on prescription volume, patient demand, and operational requirements.
• Partner with Care leaders to develop and execute training and quality assurance programs.
• Support the implementation of new workflows, tools, programs, and operational changes.
• Develop strong proficiency across systems and tools supporting Remote Pharmacy Operations, including Dialpad, Alto OS, Aspect, and Veriato.
• Maintain proficiency in frontline pharmacy workflows and participate in coverage rotations as needed.
• Ensure team operations adhere to applicable local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
• Serve as a point of escalation for complex patient, provider, clinical, and operational issues.
