The role emphasizes frontline engagement and collaboration with Pharmacy Operations, Product, and Workforce Management, with hands-on leadership in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in the United States.
• 4+ years experience in a high-volume pharmacy.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience coaching and developing a team with performance feedback.
• Experience in pharmacy operations including verification, consultations, and clinical workflows.
• Ability to use data and performance metrics to drive improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Understanding of pharmacy regulations and compliance.
• PharmD degree from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists.
• Oversee day-to-day team performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop and maintain reporting and performance visibility for Remote Pharmacist operations.
• Forecast staffing needs and maintain appropriate coverage.
• Develop and execute training and quality assurance programs.
• Lead change and ensure successful adoption of new workflows and tools.
• Develop proficiency across systems and tools supporting Remote Pharmacy Operations.
