Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Specialty Pharmacy Operations Supervisor to lead a remote customer-service and reimbursement team supporting 1-2 clients. You will oversee daily operations, train staff, and ensure KPIs are met under client contracts.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years in patient support, strong communication and MS Office skills, and up to 10% travel. Remote work details include a 40-hour week and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in related field of patient support programs preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills.
• Advanced computer skills with MS Office suite including Word, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for patient access support contact center team of up to 20 team members.
• Coach, train, and mentor team members in a remote setting.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions for the program.
• Coordinate and deliver quarterly reviews of program metrics/dashboards with senior leaders.
• Assess/test/approve program changes including IT and platform upgrades.
• Report system issues affecting CRM and productivity.
• Manage employee timecards and HR responsibilities as a people leader.
• Open job requisitions, conduct interviews, and provide staffing recommendations.
• Coordinate with senior leadership on corrective actions as needed.
• Monitor program adherence, quality, attendance, and address issues.
