Job summary

Cardinal Health Sonexus Health Pharmacy Services is seeking a Specialty Pharmacy Operations Supervisor to oversee patient access support and reimbursement staff across remote operations, ensuring efficient service for 1-2 clients.

You will supervise up to 20 team members, develop SOPs, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with senior leaders on program improvements. The role is full-time with remote work options and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in related field of patient support programs preferred.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills.
• Advanced computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office including but not limited to Word, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel pivot tables.
• Travel may be needed to perform duties up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for patient access support contact center team of up to 20 team members.
• Coach, teach, train, and mentor team members in a 100% remote setting while monitoring performance.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions specific to the program.
• Coordinate and deliver recurring reviews of program metrics / dashboards with senior leaders.
• Assess/test/solve and approve program changes including IT platform upgrades and business rules.
• Report system issues affecting CRM and productivity in a timely manner.
• Manage employee timecards and HR responsibilities as a people leader.
• Open job requisitions, conduct interviews, and provide personnel recommendations to senior leaders.
• Coordinate with senior leadership to determine corrective actions and needed improvements.
• Maintain program adherence, quality, attendance and address issues promptly.
• Coordinate with supervisors and partners to resolve complex issues.
• Conduct development-focused 1x1s and set performance goals.
• Prioritize work to meet deadlines and communicate with clients and partners.
• Present quarterly business reviews to clients, remotely or in person.
