Job summary

Cardinal Health Sonexus Health Pharmacy Services seeks a Specialty Pharmacy Operations Supervisor to oversee a remote patient access support center and reimbursement staff, ensuring service quality and adherence to client contracts.

You will supervise up to 20 staff, coach in a fully remote environment, develop SOPs, monitor KPIs, and drive process improvements while coordinating with senior leaders and clients. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in related field of patient support programs preferred
• Previous management experience preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills
• Advanced computer skills including Word, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Pivot tables in Excel
• Travel may be needed up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for patient access support contact center team of up to 20 team members
• Coach, teach, train, and mentor team members in a 100% remote setting
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions for the program
• Coordinate and deliver periodic reviews of program metrics/dashboards for senior leaders
• Assess/test/approve program changes including IT, platform upgrades, and business rules
• Report system issues impacting CRM/productivity in a timely manner
• Manage employee timecards and HR responsibilities as a people leader
• Open job requisitions, conduct interviews, provide recommendations to senior leaders
• Coordinate with senior leadership on corrective actions as needed
• Monitor program adherence, quality, attendance; address issues
• Report Corrective and Preventive Actions promptly
• Collaborate across departments to resolve complex issues
• Conduct development-based 1x1s focused on performance and goals
• Prioritize work to meet deadlines
• Maintain contact with clients/partners with strong communication
• Contribute to quarterly business reviews with clients
• Seek and implement process improvements to reduce manual work
• Host regular team meetings to discuss updates and SLAs/KPIs
• Work independently and in teams across departments
