Cardinal Health in the United States is seeking a Supervisor to oversee customer service and enrollment teams for Sonexus Health Pharmacy Services. You will supervise up to 20 remote staff, ensuring high-quality customer service and adherence to KPIs per contracts.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3–5 years in patient support, and strong communication and IT skills; travel up to 10%. Remote work is available for all U.S. residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in related field of patient support programs preferred.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills.
• Advanced computer skills: Word, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint; Excel pivot tables and formulas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for client-support contact center team of up to 20.
• Coach, teach, train, and mentor team members in a remote setting.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions for the program.
• Coordinate and deliver recurring reviews of program metrics/dashboards with leaders.
• Assess/test and approve program changes including IT/platform upgrades.
• Manage employee timecards and HR duties as a people leader.
• Coordinate with leadership to determine corrective action.
• Conduct development-based 1x1s focusing on performance and goals.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews for clients.
