Cardinal Health, Inc. invites applications for a Specialty Pharmacy Operations Supervisor to lead a remote team delivering patient access and reimbursement services. You will supervise up to 20 staff, shape workflows, and ensure KPIs are met. This role emphasizes training, SOP creation, and collaboration with client leadership.

Your focus includes monitoring metrics, driving process improvements, and maintaining client satisfaction while supporting remote staff and multiple client programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in patient support programs preferred.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills.
• Commitment to the continued development of oneself and team members.
• Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office suite; remote work readiness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for patient access support contact center team of up to 20 members.
• Coach, train, and mentor team members in a 100% remote setting.
• Create and maintain SOPs and program work instructions.
• Review program metrics and dashboards with senior leaders.
• Assess, test, and approve program changes including IT/platform upgrades.
• Manage employee timecards and HR responsibilities as a people leader.
• Open job requisitions, interview candidates, and advise senior leaders.
• Coordinate with leadership to determine corrective action when needed.
• Monitor adherence, quality, attendance, and address issues.
• Lead development-focused 1:1s and ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain client relationships with strong verbal and written communication.
• Contribute to quarterly business reviews and drive process efficiencies.
