Job summary

Cardinal Health Sonexus Health Pharmacy Services seeks an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee a remote patient access and reimbursement team supporting 1-2 clients. You will supervise staff, manage schedules, train, and monitor KPIs in accordance with client contracts and internal SOPs.

This full-time, remote role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years in patient support, and strong communication and leadership skills. Travel up to 10% may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3–5 years in patient support programs preferred.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and time-management skills.
• Advanced computer skills with Word, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint; Excel pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Lead program staff in customer service and patient services.
• Oversee daily operations for patient access support team.
• Coach and mentor team in a remote setting.
• Create and maintain SOPs and work instructions.
• Review program metrics/dashboards with leaders.
