Job summary

Cardinal Health Sonexus Health Pharmacy Services seeks a Specialty Pharmacy Operations Supervisor to oversee a remote patient access center and reimbursement staff. You will supervise up to 20 staff, ensure KPI targets, and coordinate program improvements. This role is fully remote in the U.S. with a 40-hour work week and travel up to 10%.

The position emphasizes leadership, process optimization, and strong collaboration with clients and senior leaders to drive service quality and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in related field of patient support programs preferred.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills.
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel (pivot tables).
• Travel may be needed up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for patient access support contact center team up to 20 members.
• Coach and mentor team in a remote setting.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions.
• Review program metrics and dashboards with senior leaders.
• Assess and approve program changes including IT and platform upgrades.
• Report system issues impacting CRM or productivity.
• Manage employee timecards and HR responsibilities.
