Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Specialty Pharmacy Operations Supervisor to oversee a remote patient access center and reimbursement staff. You will supervise up to 20 team members, coach them in a 100% remote setting, and ensure adherence to client contracts and internal SOPs to drive high-quality customer service and long-term client retention.

You’ll manage staffing, training, and performance metrics, participate in quarterly business reviews, and collaborate with senior leaders to implement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in related field of patient support programs preferred.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for patient access support contact center team of up to 20 members.
• Coach and mentor team members in a remote setting while monitoring performance.
• Create and maintain SOPs and work instructions for the program.
• Coordinate and deliver reviews of program metrics and dashboards to senior leaders.
• Manage timecards and HR responsibilities as a people leader.
• Open job requisitions, conduct interviews, and provide personnel recommendations.
